  ✅ Review what went well or wrong. Take notes on temperature, trace, moulding.

Evaluate the Process

Objective: Reflect and learn from the first attempt.

Tasks:

• Note: How easy was it to mix? Did it trace quickly or slowly?

• Were there any issues (splashes, uneven trace, lumpy batter)?

• What did the batter feel like, smell like, look like?

• Write a few lines about “first batch lessons”.
