What to Learn:

• Read about IFRA usage rates and check your fragrances for safe % in soap.

• Understand acceleration, discolouration, and ricing.

• Essential oils behave differently than fragrance oils.

• I always stir my fragrance into the soap batter at the end and I never use a stick blender

Tasks:

• Test a small amount of your chosen fragrance in oil to check for seizing.

• Plan a lightly fragranced batch for tomorrow.
