This colour is great for painting Bath Bombs and Bubble Bars if you want a pastel look.
This will give you a pastel blue colour. on Cold Process Soap.
Not suitable in Cold Process Soap as it doesn't hold its colour.
Use in Melt & Pour soap for best results.
